Annual AGM & Charity Golf Tournament – A Day of Hockey Spirit & Giving Back

Join Us for the 2022/2023 AGM & Charity Golf Tournament!

Mark your calendars! The Key City Old Timers Hockey League Annual General Meeting is set for May 27, 2023, at the Cranbrook Golf Course. The meeting will take place in the rear room, starting at 10:30 AM and wrapping up by 12:00 PM. This is an important event for all members as we discuss the league’s direction and hold elections for the positions of Secretary and Treasurer. If you’re interested in stepping into one of these roles, reach out before the meeting. And yes, beer will be served!

Charity Golf Tournament Details

Following the AGM, our much-anticipated charity golf tournament will tee off. Registration is from 12:00 – 12:45 PM, with tee-off around 1:00 PM. It’s a great opportunity to hit the links, enjoy some friendly competition, and raise funds for local causes.

  • Entry Fees: $40 for league members | $60 for non-league participants.
  • Registration Deadline: May 15, 2023.
  • Limited Spots Available: Secure your spot before it fills up!

As always, we’ll have plenty of excitement on the course, including a putting contest between holes 9 and 10, and other opportunities to win prizes—including free registration for next season!

New this year, we’ll also be selling prize draw cards at $20 each or 3 for $50 for a chance to win one of our big prize packages.

Fundraising & Community Support
This event is all about giving back. We encourage each team to contribute donations to help raise funds for our local community. If you have a prize or raffle item to donate, please get in touch!

Limited Edition KCOHL Hats
Thanks to Aaron S. and Pukka Hats, we’ll have custom KCOHL hats available for $40 each. These are limited edition, and once they’re gone, they’re gone! Proceeds will go toward supporting local charitable initiatives.

See You There!
We look forward to a fantastic event with great company, great golf, and a great cause. See you on May 27th!
