Looks like we did it again!
A great effort by the KCOHL, Netted 1180.00 in cash and a yet to be determined number of pounds of food for the Cranbrook Food Bank. Judging by the line up of people there today to pick up, the volunteers were very appreciative of our efforts. The Beer Fridge and 3 and a half Dozen beer were won by Team A&W. Mark Bostock won the Bed in a bag, Kindly donated by Ken Bridge from Bridge Interiors. A big thank you to Bob Cartier from A&W and Trevor Gordon from Boston Pizza. You guys always come through with great food for the league. and it is Greatly appreciated. Randy Rundberg deserves a big shoutout as well for bringing Meat and Cheese Trays, and also for ensuring that all the peperoni sticks were adequately cleaned. Mark Swirsky and Jesse Yosinaka organized the beer fridge giveaway, thank you to them. Of course no listing of people to thank would be complete with out a VERY big thank you to Wayne Walmsley, who besides keeping me sane and grounded, never fails to assist in all that we do. Enjoy the Break over Christmas we’ll see everyone back on the ice in January. JB
