If you’re already registered… thank you! Registration is almost at target, however, we are still looking for several more players to sign up to ensure an even count per team. We’re gearing up for a great year and we’re excited to share a few updates with you:
📅 Draft Night Confirmed
We’re pleased to announce that Draft Night will be held on Wednesday, September 18 at 6:00pm sharp at Kootenay Indoor Golf. All registered members are invited. The beer will be cold, the atmosphere buzzing, and the excitement of fresh team lineups will be in full swing.
As a refresher, every team is drafted anew each season. That means you’ll be skating with a fresh mix of teammates this year. The drafting process takes age brackets and positions into account to ensure balanced, competitive teams. Pairs of experienced league members draft together, ensuring knowledge of both new and veteran players is represented.
🏒 Season Details
- Season Start: September 28
- Schedule: Games primarily Sundays with a couple of Mondays mixed in
- Year-End Tournament: Final weekend of spring break (ice times already booked!)
