The year-end tournament schedule has now been posted in TeamLinkt. You should have received a notification, but if not, all details are included at the bottom of this email for your reference.

Tournament Format
|
All games are at the Memorial Arena. KCOHL will have three pools, each playing a round robin. The winner of each pool advances to the semifinals, along with the #1 overall seed from the regular season who receives a bye. Games are 2 x 25 minutes. Points are awarded as follows: 2 for a win, 1 for a tie. Tiebreakers are Wins, Head-to-Head, Goals Against, Least PIMs, then Goals For. Semifinals and finals tied after regulation will go to 3-on-3 until a winner is decided.

As always, all proceeds go directly back into the community, supporting scholarships, youth sports, and local charities. Last year alone, over $20,000 was donated to programs that help make our community a better place.

Important Reminder - Player Commitment
|
If you have not informed your team rep about your availability, please do so immediately. Teams are expected to play with their original rosters and no spares will be allowed. If a team drops below 10 players, the league will assign players to ensure fairness and maintain competitive balance, but the deadline of March 25th for adding spares is quickly approaching. This is about keeping the integrity of the teams intact for the tournament.

Saturday Recognition Event
|
We encourage everyone to come down for the KCOHL Recognition Event at 6:00 PM on Saturday. It is a great opportunity to recognize players around the league, connect with teammates, and enjoy the evening. Stick around afterward for the Commercial Quarterfinals and KCOHL Semifinals. Hot dogs will be ready and the beer will be cold.

Pucks
|
Please make sure pucks are brought to games and returned afterward. They will be stored in a bucket and used throughout the tournament for warmups and gameplay.
